I offer virtual therapy and in-person therapy sessions. Virtual therapy allows young people who may live a long distance away to have access to mental health support.
In-person therapy appointments are offered in the tranquillity of Dún Laoghaire, South Dublin. Sessions currently take place in one of these two therapy centres. On-street parking is available, and the town is well-served by the Dart:
